Meet Paddy – Looking for His Forever Home!
Are you ready to welcome a wonderful dog into your life? Say hello to Paddy!
Paddy first found his family in 2022 when he was adopted from SCAN and had a loving home. Unfortunately, after not putting a foot (or paw) wrong and due to no fault of his own, Paddy was facing homelessness. With a huge change in the family's circumstances and without hesitation, SCAN brought him back to the shelter—because we never let a SCAN dog down!
Since coming back, Paddy has been a little confused and worried, but he’s now thriving in a loving foster home with one of our amazing volunteers. His foster mum says:
“Paddy has been with me for 2 weeks now. He is super. A calm dog when he is in the house and there are no cats walking on the wall. I was in Denia with him. No problem with lots of people and dogs. Not even in the shops and restaurants. He loves long walks, and he is always wide awake, as there might be something to chase. He's not interested in cyclists, joggers or cars.”
A couple of important things to know about Paddy:
• He loves company and would do best with a family who can help him feel comfortable being left alone gradually, as he’s still adjusting after all the recent changes in his life.
• Paddy is not a fan of cats, so he’s looking for a cat-free home.
