Meet Paddy – Looking for His Forever Home!

Paddy first found his family in 2022 when he was adopted from SCAN and had a wonderful home where he was very much loved and cared for. Unfortunately, due to an unavoidable change in circumstances, Paddy was spending too much time on his own and for his own wellbeing, the difficult decision to re-home him was made. In February this year he went to a new home but unfortunately he never entirely settled, as he’s an active little chap who loves off lead walks and plenty of stimulation.

Unfortunately, due to an unavoidable change in circumstances, Paddy was spending too much time on his own and for his own wellbeing, the difficult decision to re-home him was made. In February this year he went to a new home but unfortunately he never entirely settled, as he’s an active little chap who loves off lead walks and plenty of stimulation.
Since coming back, Paddy has been a little confused and worried, but he’s now thriving in a loving foster home with one of our amazing volunteers. His foster mum says:
“Paddy has been with me for 2 weeks now. He is super. A calm dog when he is in the house and there are no cats walking on the wall. I was in Denia with him. No problem with lots of people and dogs. Not even in the shops and restaurants. He loves long walks, and he is always wide awake, as there might be something to chase. He's not interested in cyclists, joggers or cars.”
A couple of important things to know about Paddy:
• He loves company and would do best with a family who can help him feel comfortable being left alone gradually, as he’s still adjusting after all the recent changes in his life.
• Paddy is not a fan of cats, so he’s looking for a cat-free home.
Paddy is a loving, loyal companion and will make a fantastic addition to the right family. Could that be you?
