Timmy was handed into SCAN by the police, having been found wandering the streets. 

We waited for an owner to come forward, but none did.  Timmy had been well looked after and fed, but he was basically abandoned to us.  He was also not chipped. 

Timmy is a very lively young boy and is full of energy. He needs a lot of action, but also loves to cuddle and is great when out walking.  He gets on well with female dogs and could with the right introduction live with a female  (he loves Bella).  He doesn't always get on well with other male dogs.   He enjoys days out from the shelter and has spent time with some of the volunteers in their own homes.  On these occasions, he has behaved impeccably. 

 Timmy is a strong dog and he could benefit from training and therefore, we are looking for a family, or someone with experience , who could work with him and teach him everything a dog needs to know.
