These arethe Official Minutes of the AGM for the Finacial Year 2023, the AGM was held after the declared difficulties encountered in arranging the meeting in 2023.

As well as donations of money, the following types of donations are also needed by SCAN:

Donations for the Shelter of:

Old Blankets, Towels, Sheets etc.
Collars, Leads and harnesses of all sizes.
Bleach and cleaning products

Donations for the Charity Shop and Rastro stalls of:

Bric-a-Brac, Books, Good quality clothes
Any unwanted object from your home that we can sell.
Craftwork that we can sell for you on commission.

Donations of Services and Time

Personal skills such as Handyman, Cleaner, Admin
Shelter Volunteers
Business - donations of goods, prizes for events, etc
