AGM for the Finacial Year 2023

Annual General Meeting
for the Financial Year 2023
It was proposed and Seconded that the AGM for 2024 dealing with Year 2023 should be held on 30/03/2024,
The Meeting will take place at 13.30
Location to be confirmed.

As well as donations of money, the following types of donations are also needed by SCAN:

Donations for the Shelter of:

Old Blankets, Towels, Sheets etc.
Collars, Leads and harnesses of all sizes.
Bleach and cleaning products

Donations for the Charity Shop and Rastro stalls of:

Bric-a-Brac, Books, Good quality clothes
Any unwanted object from your home that we can sell.
Craftwork that we can sell for you on commission.

Donations of Services and Time

Personal skills such as Handyman, Cleaner, Admin
Shelter Volunteers
Business - donations of goods, prizes for events, etc
